RUN my store

RUN my Store is a five-week, in-store experience designed for new and emerging store leaders at 7-Eleven. The program is fully immersive from Day 1, combining daily digital learning modules with hands-on mentoring from an experienced Store Mentor and Field Manager. This structure ensures participants can immediately apply their learning in a real-world setting.

As part of a comprehensive six-month onboarding journey, RUN my Store works alongside LEAD my Store (focused on leadership development) and GROW my Store (centered on business growth, including customers, financials, and people).

I led the project discovery phase, using a data-driven approach to create the program blueprint. Through multiple MVP iterations, I designed the overall learning experience and managed a team of five L&D specialists to develop 50 embedded video resources. Additionally, I personally designed key materials, including eLearning modules, the learning pathway, experience maps, and the mentor guide. The digitisation of RUN my Store took eight months to complete.
