LEAD my store

LEAD my store is a self-paced two week in-store program for new and emerging Store Leaders. It features 10 digital modules (30 mins each) accessible via Workday LMs through a guided PDF learning pathway.

• Built-in Reflection Activities to enhance self-awareness
• Field Manager led SMART goal setting at program completion
• Mentoring & Coaching strategies to develop leadership skills
• WorkJam Social Learning Integration for peer engagement

This program builds confident leaders by blending self-leadership, team management and operational excellence.

My role included:

• Designing the learning experience, digital content, interactive pathway and support Field Manager documents
• Developed video content, motion graphics and AI enhanced learning elements with Synthesia
• Integrated social learning and peer engagement through Workjam
• Collaborated with stakeholders to align content with store operations and leadership best practice
• Led a team of L&D Specialists in researching content for the modules working to a video template and learning module template structure.
