Manifesto

Led the development of an Innovation Manifesto, capturing the values, mindset and collaborative spirit of the team. This initiative followed an interactive 'Brain Burst' session designed to inspire creative thinking, shared purpose and a culture of innovation.

• Designed a visually engaging graphic ensuring it reflected the team's culture, energy and vision

• Developed a print and digital version, making it accessible and an inspiring reference for the team
• Created a digital desktop background featuring key elements of the manifesto.

The Innovation Manifesto became a foundational document, fostering a sense of ownership, shared vision and creative collaboration across the team.
