ZIP eLearning

Designed and developed an interactive eLearning module for ZIP (Zero Incident Process), transforming a face to face safety program into a digital learning experience.

Key Contributions:

• Storyboarding & instructional design to ensure engagement and concept reinforcement
• Collaborated with Psychologists (SMEs) to align content with behavioural safety principles
• Instructional videos filmed by the Innovation Team in our office studio to enhance learning
• Interactive assessments and knowledge checks to measure participant understanding
• Custom illustrations and design using Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and PowerPoint
• Developed in Storyline 2, integrating animated videos created by a third party

This module effectively reinforced safety behaviours and provided measurable learning outcomes through engaging digital content and expert-led videos.
