Safety Citizens Toolkit

Designed and developed a two day leadership training program focused on safety culture and leadership for Ergon Energy. The program delivered through interactive slides and a comprehensive workbook, facilitated by a psychologist and emphasising psychological safety principles and behavioural change strategies to drive a stronger safety culture.
