GROW my store is the final component of the 7-Eleven's six month onboarding program for new Store Leaders. Designed for leaders who have built operational capability and completed LEAD my Store, this module focuses on growing financials, customers and people.

Key features of the module include:

• SMART Goal Review from the LEAD my store phase
• Advanced Financial & Data Analysis for store performance
• AI-Generated Videos (Synthesia) and Instructional Content with Field Managers embedded for deeper learning.
• Field Manager Support & Sign-Off to complete the onboarding journey.

The program equipped Store Leaders with the strategies and insights to drive store success. I worked closely with Field Manager SMEs to create content to ensure accuracy to financial and data requirements. This was then embedded into a digital module with interactivity and video elements and reflection activities.
