HELP Citizenship Onboarding

I designed and developed the onboarding program for HELP Employment and Training, supporting 300 employees across 40+ offices in Qld including an RTO.

The onboarding program used the GO1 LMS, blending curated and custom content into a 90-day learning sprint. The program featured branding learning pathways covering

• Essential Know-How
• Customer Experience
• You and Your Team
• Developing Yourself
• Help Citizenship

Key Contributions

• Contract Management with GO1 overseeing the integration and optimisation of the platform
• Curated and created content, ensuring a balanced mis of external resources and bespoke learning materials
• Visual Design expertise using Illustrator and Indesign and Articulate to create branded learning sprint materials, pathway icons and The Help Way Onboarding Guide as well as elearning modules to support the launch.
• Celebrating social learning - integrating a recognition system for staff who successfully completed their 90 day learning sprint.
• Branded LMS, designing logo and structured pathway options to create engaging user experience.

Using the ADDIE model, I collaborated with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to ensure the program was engaging, structuered and impactful and to budget. Giving staff the knowledge skills and confidence to successfully support their jobseekers and meet government funded initiatives. This in turn enhanced employee capability, streamlined onboarding and strengthened alignment with organisational goals.
